Regulations:<\/p>\n
(I) Leave Arrangement<\/p>\n
1.1 All public holidays classes will be held as usual. Applicated leave class will be arranged if necessary.<\/p>\n
1.2 For personal leave, travel, family gatherings, examinations, etc. please notify as early as possible. It can be changed to another day or split into extra classes two months before or after the class date.<\/p>\n
1.3 Applications for sick leave within 24 hours must be applied before the class time and sent by mobile phone or show a valid doctor’s certificate on the next day at the next class. Notification within 3 hours before the class will be regarded as absence for any reason and no make-up class will be provided. Classes in Causeway Bay will not provide make-up classes if the class is cancelled within 24 hours.<\/p>\n
(II) Special weather arrangements<\/p>\n
2.1 If the Observatory issues a Strong Wind Signal No. 3 or a Red or Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal, all classes will continue as usual. If the Observatory issues a Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, classes will be suspended and make-up classes will be arranged.<\/p>\n
(III) Payment<\/p>\n
3.1 Tuition fees are payable on a monthly basis. The total number of classes is calculated based on the actual number weekday\/weekend in that month (4 weeks or 5 weeks).<\/p>\n
3.2 Tuition fee for the next month before the last class of each month in order to reserve a place.<\/p>\n
3.3 The Centre accepts payment of tuition fees in cash, FPS, bank transfer or Payme.<\/p>\n
3.4 Tuition fees only include tutor fees. Additional charges will apply for registration for exams, examination recordings, piano accompaniment, rental of instruments and venues, participation in concerts, and purchase of teaching materials.<\/p>\n
(IV) Others<\/p>\n
4.1 Unauthorized photography, recording or video recording is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n
4.2 Photos, recordings, videos and teaching materials taken during class will be used for educational and commercial promotion purposes. The copyright belongs to Miss Tang Music.
